As Brand Manager at Metlifecare, I was part of the team which implemented a comprehensive rebrand across all touchpoints and across the company’s network of villages, each of which had its own distinct brand and personality.
I particularly loved working directly with the villages, creating engaging programs such as the “Makers Movement” and an exercise initiative with Buck Shelford, which generated rich content for marketing and communications. I reviewed all communications and recommended the “outside looking in” approach that underpinned the iconic “Welcome Home” advertising campaign, which was implemented after my time at the organisation.
My role combined strategic brand oversight with hands-on collaboration, ensuring each village’s unique character was celebrated while maintaining a cohesive Metlifecare brand.
I updated and wrote copy for Metlifecare's suite of brochures and for its website, and developed and oversaw the very successful "Staycation" promotion.
